List of Services
To my fellow healers,
You are doing excellent and challenging work, but you can't pour from an empty cup. You deserve to take care of yourself. So, let's find ways to make your work more sustainable and enjoyable. Together, we can come up with practical solutions that allow you to thrive in your everyday work.
Intentional Community
Welcome! If you're tired of the competitive mindset so often found in business, I'd love to connect with you about opportunities to collaborate and support each other's businesses. This is not a paid service: It's simply about creating a network of like-minded individuals that are there to support and uplift each other, personally, socially, and professionally.
Let's get a cup of coffee (in person or virtually), take a walk together, or find another enjoyable way to connect.
Start by connecting with me here or sending me an email at: Wellness@JennSowers.com

UPCOMING EVENTS:
Healers in Practice and Play
I'll be co-hosting FREE monthly events in nature for therapists and other healing professionals to socialize and try out new activities, groups, or events that you hope to offer.
This space is meant to allow you experiment and practice groups you want to host,
AND for us to experience each others' groups so we can more confidently make referrals and support each other,
AND for us to have a safe space to play, have fun, build community, and socialize.
Let's not take things too seriously.
Healing and Processing Groups
The work we do can be exhausting in so many ways. Healing and processing groups provide a formal space to connect, work through challenges, gain supervision and feedback, and ward off burnout.
Email me at wellness@jennsowers.com to learn more about groups for providers.
Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision is essential for a newly licensed clinician, both as a professional requirement for advanced licensure, and as a way to improve your skills and provide better services to clients. The process can feel grueling and be inconvenient and expensive. My hope is that my groups can give you a more enjoyable (and cheaper) way to get up to 50 of the required 100 hours of supervision.
Group Supervision Topics may include:
How to present your authentic self in therapy/treatment
Case consultation using vignettes
Diagnostics
Equitable and ethical practices
Racial and social justice
Review of up-to-day research articles and evidence-based practices
Processing when and how to engage with alternative practices in an ethical manner
Managing interpersonal problems such as countertransference, personal judgements and implicit biases, workplace burnout, and compassion fatigue.
I am currently accepting applicants for Clinical Supervision. Please fill out this participant interest form to get on the list, and specify whether you are interested in individual or group supervision, or both. You may also schedule a free 15 minute consult here.
Notes:
* Supervision groups will be held virtually. Groups aim to consist of 4-6 participants.
* You can review the Maryland Supervision requirements here: COMAR 10.42.08
* I am only offering Clinical supervision for Advanced Licensure in Maryland. Out-of-state clinicians may join supervision groups, but it will not count towards advanced licensure.
